Vinyasa yoga certifications. CrossFit coaching. Personal training. These are just a few areas of expertise possessed by the team members at The Den Yoga & Fitness. Here, instructors lead classes in two disciplines: yoga and CrossOver. During yoga sessions, instructors teach yogis how to incorporate breathing exercises into asanas, which imparts both physical and mental balance. In CrossOver classes, instructors lead students through a blend of cardio and strength-training exercises, drawing on CrossFit's model of everchanging routines.
