Crescent Moon Healing Arts specializes in authentic Hawaiian Lomi Lomi. The intention of this form is to offer a tranquil journey towards harmony and balance by focusing on the breath and the mind, body, and heart connection.

Often coined the “dance of the forearms”, the movements and patterns of Lomi are flowing, rhythmic and continuous; using the forearms as “tools” to sweep and massage the entire length of the body. There is also “undercarriage” work, where the forearms and hands glide and cradle underneath the recipients' arms, tummy, and legs. This intentional pattern allows the brain to “dial down” and focus simply on the state of “being” in the present moment, which in turn, aids the body in shedding old patterns and creates space to integrate new patterns.

Hot Pohaku, along with heated organic coconut oil, adds another layer to this nourishing journey. Each session includes intuitively chosen essential oils and complimentary steamed towels. The cozy studio offers a customized heated table and a full set of crystal healing bowls for sound therapy. Supplemental services, such as full body salt scrubs, caffeine wraps, or ear candling can be added to your session for an additional fee.
