Fit Con Utah, Salt Lake City

Fit Con Utah brings the state's best and brightest athletes together for a two-day conference of education and fun. The program planners designed just about everything to be hands-on, from cooking demonstrations and seminars to live fitness classes and competitions. To keep visitors' adrenaline pumping, competitions are held for weight lifting, dunking, and dunking weightlifters. Attendees also get the chance to mingle with the impressive line-up of athletic guests, which have included Olympians and pro footballers alike.
