Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
Our fitness classes are fun and enjoyable. With laughter fitness, the laughter reconditions your brain to enjoy movement. You won't even know you are working out while you are doing it. With rebounding, the moves are so gentle on your body, it feels like play—until the next day.
What is the biggest mistake you see people make when trying to get fit on their own?
They don't know what to eat and how to stay motivated. Our fitness instructors are also Certified Health & Nutrition Coaches and help clients find all the pieces to the health puzzle.
