My sessions so far with RV Crossfit have been wonderful. Its a workout that will get you strong, and they are very good at emphasizing modifications and gradual increase so that it is a safe experience. I highly recommend it.

overall a good experience, got a great workout as expected and learned proper lifting technique. warm up was efficient for the type of workout crossfit offers. would recommend the teacher warm up with students to get to know the neighborhood. I didn't know where I was going for the run, not hard to figure out but just for first timers, good to have instructor run with the newbies. will def be going back!
