What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We provide surf lessons that not only teach how to stand up, but encourage a lasting relationship with the ocean. Our elite coaching staff teach how to keep yourself safe, the rules in the water, proper technique, and how to read the ocean and waves so you have the tools to keep progressing.

What's one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans?
You will always go to where ever you are looking. If you look right, you will go right. If you look left, you will go left. If you look down, you will fall every time. You could have perfect mechanics, but you will fall if your eyes and head are looking down. Always keep your eyes and head up.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Being born and raised in San Clemente, CA, I developed a love for the ocean at a young age. My father (Adrain Crook) trained many top professional surfers such as Brad Gerlach, Greg Long, and many others; Watching them train inspired me to spread my knowledge and build relationships with the ocean.

What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing the smile on a first time surfer after their first wave, their first "magic carpet" ride. To watch people progress from complete novices to skilled waterman is so rewarding; It's so fun to go from pushing clients into waves then eventually surfing beside them and sharing waves.
