What takes an obstacle course from everyday to EPIC? That's what the designers at EPIC Series set out to discover when they plotted their first course. And now, they have their answer. An EPIC course features more than 25 obstacles spread across less than two miles, with challenges ranging from archery competitions and wall climbs to the tire drags, burpees, and keg carries favored by high-intensity interval training. An EPIC course is also accessible, with each obstacle scaled for beginner, intermediate, and advanced competitors (some of whom are as young as 13).
