This is not traditional barre, this is Haute Barre. Our Haute barre class is higher intensity than traditional barre. We incorporate weights and hit throughout the workout to keep your heart rate up and your muscles working, while always giving options so you can tailor the workout to what feels the best to you. We will work in various ranges and tempos to maximize your working potential and stay longer in the burn zone to create more long lean muscle mass while torching the calories. We also offer Barre-X (trx), Haute Yoga Sculpt, and Haute Power Flow. Add in the benefits of working out under the infrared heat and you have one amazing workout.
