Infinite Mind Hypnotherapy was founded by Tara O'Neil. She transformed her life when she realized and understood that over 90% of our life is run by our subconscious minds. The subconscious holds beliefs, values, and motivation which were programmed to us very early on in life by our caregivers and society. When one is able to acknowledge this and are open to changing their story, they can begin to take control of their life and the possibilities are infinite! Tara is trained in numerous modalities that work with the mind, body, and soul. Her holistic approach combines contemporary science-based modalities with ancient mystical practices. Her certifications include: Hypnotherapy, (NLP) Neurolinguistic Programing, Energy Healing (Reiki), Yoga, Meditation, (AARM) Adult Attachment Repair Model, and Life Coaching.
