Time is not wasted with multiple trips to the office! A phone interview determines what is needed to complete the return and the customer has the option to send documents through a protected portal online. The customer only needs to be present when the return is filed, but is welcome anytime!

What do you love most about your job?
Filing taxes is about as enjoyable as a trip to the dentist for most people! I enjoy turning this experience into a positive by forming a client relationship, explaining confusing concepts in an easy to understand way, and providing sound advice to avoid taxation further down the road.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Being told I don't have the personality of the "typical accountant" is always nice. However, I'd have to go with "I can really tell how passionate you are about what you do" as the best feedback I've received.
