What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
The most spacious and beautiful Yoga studio in La Jolla Village, we offer excellent instruction, and can accommodate Yoga practitioners at all levels. Beginners are welcome. Showers are available, such that 9-5er's can practice at lunchtime, and return to work refreshed.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
When students emerge from their classes, the look on their faces says it all. They appear joyful and ready to take on the world! The pleasure derived from the practice of Yoga Asana is incomparable to any other discipline, as no other fitness discipline addresses the body, breath, & calms your mind.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I had serious health issues, Crohn's disease and zero stage cancer, that I was told required radical surgery. I sought alternatives, remembering the days, when I was not ill, asking myself, "What can I DO to regain my health?", so I changed my diet, & took up Yoga. I am am surgery free to this day.

What do you love most about your job?
Hearing teachers' and students' stories about how Yoga has changed their lives for the better, and seeing the joy on the faces of those emerging from class. I see people from all walks of life and of all ages who have one thing in common, their love of Yoga! I get to meet interesting people all day!
