Lively Soul Kitchen offers holistic personal chef services, cooking classes, and health-supportive catering. Chef Brittney Kuepferle is a professionally trained plant based chef, specifically trained in healing cuisines, such as, Ayurveda, Macrobiotics, and Raw/Living Foods.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Chef Brittney, being raised in New Orleans, always had a passion for food; however, typical soul food wasn't very loving to her mind or body. She underwent a journey to holistic health and now is as lively as ever. She wants to help people use food as medicine while still keeping that soul in tact!

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the difference proper diet and lifestyle has on a person's mind and attitude.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I believe that, besides having children, sharing a great recipe is the absolute best way to leave your mark on the world. I love teaching others healthy delicious dishes knowing that they will end up share them with their families (and who really knows how long that recipe will be passed down?!)
