MDI 8 LLC d/b/a MDI 8 - Fitness Boot Camp, San Diego

At MDI 8 Fitness Bootcamp, lnstructors push students to the max during intense outdoor workouts. Each day, the team begins with a warm-up, followed by a session designed to improve muscle strength, endurance, flexibility, and cardiorespiratory systems. The workouts build on previous exercises, introducing new functional fitness and body-weight exercises inspired by those used in the United States Marine Corps.
