What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
My classes use the 8 limbs of yoga - ethical practices, poses, breathing and meditation - to understand what I call Body Wisdom or the cues our bodies send us. I create a safe space for us to witness our bodies and minds while on our mats so that we can use that information in our daily lives.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Class curriculum and theme will vary weekly to explore new areas. I create an environment where we understand that the practice of yoga is a process. I encourage students to let go of judgment, competition, and expectation. I cultivate the understanding that each day our abilities may be different.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I started this business so that I could live my passion of helping others on their path of healing.

What do you love most about your job?
I love the 'a-ha' moments when a student has a new experience or unlocks a new understanding. Seeing their wonder as the proverbial light bulb goes off is a true gift.
