1. What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? We are the only salon that exclusively does hair smoothing treatments and offers over 10 different types of treatments.

2. What was the inspiration to start or run this business? After doing hair smoothing treatments for over 12 years I found a need to have a centralized fume extracting system to not only make the treatment process more enjoyable but safe for clients and staff.

3. What do you love most about your job? Helping women to love their hair instead of it being a chore.

4. What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? Clients crying and saying this the hair I have always wanted but didn't think it was possible.
