Established in 1973, Bikram Yoga North Beach, is the first Bikram school in the United States. We offer hot yoga classes that promote self-healing and peace of mind through 26 asanas and two distinct breathing exercises. The Bikram Yoga sequence engages major muscle and organ groups in a progressive order. A sequence that both warms up and limbers the tendons and ligaments in a safe environment. During each 60/90 minute class; our certified instructors, keeps the studio heated to 105 degrees with 40% humidity; which, facilities a safer and deeper stretch.
