Very crabby customer service around redeeming my groupons. In my opinion if a business doesn't know what they are signing up for when they agree to offer a groupon, they probably shouldn't sign up. And, if they do, and aren't happy with the experience, taking it out their frustrations on their customers is a great way to lose their (and their friends/families) future business... forever.
