Hello! My name is Amer, after years of training I have found that the best approach to training is to have accountability and a good program. I dedicated myself to personal training because I saw it as a valuable tool in releasing unwanted baggage. The feeling after a workout is done is rewarding. Facing the downfalls of partying and drinking every weekend while growing up in Dubai. I realized that change was necessary. I believe it’s important to set goals in order to feel alive, especially the ones we set for our physical and mental health. Life is a journey that we get to shape, each day to our best of our ability. I appreciate having the ability to guide my clients who are looking to transform and take on a fun challenge, Its an enjoyable feeling to be part of the process and sculpt the most ideal version of ourselves.
