Loved the stay, and all the staff we encountered were great! The cabins definitely need some love and obviously are in need of completing "deferred maintenance," particularly the cabin exteriors...

I needed to reschedule our paid trip because of this virus and the manager refused to allow me to keep the full Groupon because we won’t go this weekend. Unbelievable. This is not our fault and we paid for the trip. All they seem to care about is money. Now we are out a trip and all the money we paid. You all need more understanding management!!

Our cabin...we stayed in a one-bedroom cabin. Very clean and up to date. Lots of room. Loved that the bedroom had carpet on the floor.
