What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? There are often times a disconnect when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle; we know what’s good for our bodies, but we don’t always act accordingly. YIN Wellness Institute aims to mend the gap between knowing and doing, by catering to each individual’s unique circumstances.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? We thrive on building a strong community that encourages one another and supports healthy lifestyles during all stages of life. Through continued practice and providing knowledge surrounding prenatal needs clients to stay motivated to enhance their wellness at our studio.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? As I embarked on a cleaner, a more wholesome regiment with my food, steady yoga practice and stillness I found happiness and better health. This is what creates true joy for YIN Wellness Institute; helping others find their happiness and balance in life and providing children with brighter futures.

What do you love most about your job? The opportunity to learn from others, to provide knowledge and a sense of community for individuals, mothers, families, and children.
