There are two tracks at Airborne Gymnastics: the recreational track and the competitive track. The recreational track is open to all those who want to learn about gymnastics and get some fun exercise, while the competitive track is invitation only. The gym is huge and has lots of obstacle courses for all levels with expert level guidance from the teachers. Adults are welcome, too, with classes in zumba and circuit training.
