What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We launched the Da Vinci BodyBoard 3 years ago and have spread quickly throughout the US and internationally. Our flagship studio has added suspension bands and wall bands to create a bubble of resistance that allows for thousands of exercises working the body in ways never before possible,

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Classes are short, 30 minutes, but you work hard and see the effects much faster than with other programs. The exercises are unique and challenging and require a mind-body connection and we work to music to help keep you engaged. Most people find they can stay more focused within this time frame.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I travel the world running trainings for the Da Vinci BodyBoard and I wanted have a home base in a place that I loved!

What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing how fast my clients bodies change from the Da Vinci Body Program! Sometimes I run 5-6 classes a day but I never get tired of sharing this amazing system with the world!
