What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I couldn't be a doctor (ewk blood), so I became a computer doctor. Love helping people and saving them money.

What do you love most about your job?
The appreciation from customers. Anything from a free lunch to a simple "thank you", the gratitude is irreplaceable.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Some kids from a religious school drew me a picture and wrote me a letter, thanking me for some free services I had provided.
