What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
classes take place in the sand near our beautiful ocean. several body parts are in motion at once. really good for competitive athletes and those with back, hip or other joint problems. way more challenging than it looks but all levels can do it. leaves you with a great sense of well being.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
several motivating factors are built right into the exercise experience itself: you connect with the ocean and its movements while putting your body through unique and fun challenges. barring that, the group leader, paula, is tough.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
working in therapy environments where it became apparent that a fitness alternative was needed, an entire method that was fun to do and based on many of the factors that go into designing workouts safe on joints. add to it the benefits of getting outdoors for exercise vs the gym experience.

What do you love most about your job?
everything about it! being outdoors; offering something I designed that is healthy and fun; being near the ocean; and watching others, being part of their journeys toward optimal health.
