The trainer at JFIT will go wherever the need to sweat takes them—whether that's a private home, a public gym, or an outdoor park. Whatever the session, the fitness instructors cater the workouts to each person's individual abilities and goals. They do that by specializing in one-on-one or two-on-one trainings and by keeping even their group training sessions limited to just four people.
During their workouts, they focus on three things: cardio, strength, and agility. The cardio portion might include dashing up a hill or jumping on a trampoline, whereas the agility portion might incorporate ladder drills.
