BF Bootcamp has an unconventional approach to fitness that keeps everyday fun and challenging. The following five training styles are used every week: Cross Training Tabata Strength and Conditioning Large Circuit Boxing You will utilize different movements within each of these training styles!
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Every week you will see a different workout, with different movements, within each of the training styles. This is the change that keeps people excited to come back everyday! You will continually improve, meet an awesome crew of people, be able to progress at your own pace, anf reach your goals.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Not seeing the results I wanted through a typical gym membership I started looking into ways to make fitness fun and exciting again. This led me to create Barbosium Fitness and develop a results driven, guided, and structured Bootcamp program that is fun and exciting at the same time!
What do you love most about your job?
I love watching the complete transformation in my clients lives! From increased confidence and energy to reaching their individual goals, I love helping my clients get the results they've always dreamed of!
