All the world's a stage, as proven by the Helen O'Grady Children's Drama Academy, a program that has over 50,000 young students around the globe. The academy's American branch, Drama Kids, shows, however, that we are more than merely players. Through games, drama activities, and performances, kids of all ages (from preschoolers to teenagers) do more than hone their acting abilities—they also enhance their public-speaking skills, boost their self-esteem and confidence, and learn to approach creative tasks as part of a team. Along with after-school classes, Drama Kids' specially trained teachers lead week-long summer camps, which culminate in performance showcases.
