What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Experience Life Yoga offers a comfortable space practitioners can laugh to get all the bugs out then work their butt off to be healthy. I mix Laughter Yoga with traditional Hatha Yoga to get practitioners blood and creativity going.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Laughter motivates oneself. Also, the aura of hard work and self-discipline.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I studied and performed sketch and stand-up comedy for about two and a half years before doing my Yoga Teacher Training at Spirit Of Yoga @ SWIHA. I knew I had to combine the positivity of these two realms when starting a business.

What do you love most about your job?
I love that I get to laugh at work! Plus keep healthy !!!
