What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I provide my clients with their own personalized workouts that suits their fitness level and goals. I always change up my workouts that consist of weight lifting and conditioning to prevent from plateauing. I also have a Nutrition Program that is macro based and is based on their questionnaire.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
As a trainer, my number one priority is to provide my clients the best service I can give them and direct them towards their fitness goals. This consist of assigning specific exercises, take recordings, and measurements to track their progress during training.
What do you love most about your job?
My biggest enjoyment is seeing my clients feel better about themselves and assist them in reaching their personal goals. This ranges from increase in strength, weight loss to doing pull-ups on their own and feeling better overall as a person. I love helping people through fitness and health!
