It's no surprise that Chef Matt and Chef Erin know their way around a kitchen. They've certainly seen the inside of a lot of them. After graduating with honors from Arizona Culinary Institute, the two chefs went on to work with four of the Phoenix area's top chefs, including a James Beard Award winner. In these restaurants, they honed their skills in various types of cuisine, including French, American, Latin, Italian, and Japanese. Ultimately, though, they wanted to create more intimate dining experiences for their clients.
Hence, they started Your Personal Chef LLC, transforming themselves into a mobile gourmet restaurant. The duo travels directly to customers' kitchens and creates custom, multi-course feasts with dishes that can match nearly any person's palate or oven's dietary restriction. But before they cook dishes such as Australian lamb rack or fresh halibut, Matt and Erin collect all necessary ingredients from local farmers markets, food vendors, and organic meat suppliers.
