We have built a gym using the best equipment with a design that allows for our clients to excel and perform at their best. With highly qualified trainers we ensure that our clients get the best possible experience at our box.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
At CrossFit Asteria clients are encouraged to track their daily workouts to see their progress, and as coaches we create new challenges for them to work towards. to keep them highly motivated.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
CrossFit changed our lives for the better. We became healthier, stronger and just all around better people. We wanted to spread the crossfit lifestyle on to our community in hopes in helping other people live a healthy lifestyle.

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the accomplishments our clients make and how excited they get when they have made gains. Their first pull-up, running a mile instead of walking and getting a personal record on a specific move. And getting to know the people in our community.
