Burst Barre invites ladies into a home studio that places an emphasis on individual attention—the maximum number of participants is six per class—for invigorating, empowering workouts. Each session combines music and movement, based on the teachings of legendary dancer Lotte Berk. Classes sculpt and tone physiques by borrowing techniques found in classical ballet, Pilates, and stretching. As skeletal and balance muscles build strength, they are also stretched, reducing the chance of injury while ensuring long, lithe bodies.
