The Conscious Eatery mission is a two-fold one: to provide locals with healthy, eco-conscious food made with fresh ingredients, while also feeding the homeless. The restaurant's menu centers around salads, homemade soups, and sandwiches, with popular options including a house-roasted turkey sandwich with house-made cranberry sauce, or a BLT made with oven-roasted tomatoes and roasted garlic black pepper aioli. As part of its goal to accommodate diners of all stripes, the menu features numerous gluten-free options, as well as substitutions for those with other allergies. And, for every meal purchased, the Eatery will donate a meal to a local non-profit dedicated to feeding families in need.
