Last week our dog became very lethargic and not himself. We had been going to another vet and decided to try out Jet City Animal Clinic based off of all the amazing reviews because we just didn't feel that our other vet took a holistic approach to medicine. Not only was Jet City able to get us a same day appointment, they also spent a lot of time getting to know his history, habits and taking a deeper look. It is the best decision we've made for our dog's health yet. He took a turn for the worse overnight and we were so worried. I called Dr. Anderson first thing in the morning, and she spent about 10 minutes on the phone coaching me through what to do next. Unfortunately, he wasn't getting better. So I called again. Dr. Anderson was able to get me in right away to see our little man. She was able to nurse him back to health with such care and kindness. In a situation like this, you feel so beyond helpless. She, along with her amazing staff, made us feel confident that our boy would be okay. And if he didn't improve, she helped us understand what the next steps would be so we didn't need to wonder. Today, he has the light back in his eyes, the wag in his tail and a pep in his step. Thank you to everyone at Jet City Animal Clinic for being our vet and for being there for us. Friendly staff near Seattle U with a cute & clean clinic. A bit far for me to go to on a regular basis, but for those in Capitol Hill, it might be perfect!

The staff were very nice and the doc knew what she was talking about! It would be 5 stars except that I had to wait about a half hour after being put in an exam room for someone to come in.

I brought my cat to Jet City after a bad experience at another vet on Capitol Hill. I couldn't be more pleased with Jet City. From the front office to the vet tech to vet. This will certainly be our vet from now on. Friendly and professional. My cat loved them too.

The vet is wonderful: She listens, she clearly cares about the animals and I trust her knowledge and instincts with my animals. The waiting room is eclectic and uplifting. The staff is great; I called on a couple of occasions to ask questions and they took the time to answer my questions that totally satisfied my concern. I would not hesitate to recommend Jet City. They're the total package.

Dr. Erica Anderson could have ended up anywhere. As a child, she followed her father, a botanist, across the world to places such as Thailand, Malaysia, Kenya, Japan. During these globetrotting days, Dr. Anderson discovered a passion for wildlife. She even spent time in South Africa studying animals and how they live. In the end, however, she decided a career as a wildlife veterinarian wasn't for her. Instead, she found that helping domesticated pets and their humans was a more fulfilling duty. So, she began working nightshifts as an emergency vet.
Fueled by an eclectic array of experiences and an undying compassion for animals, Dr. Anderson eventually opened her own practice, Jet City Animal Clinic. Here, Dr. Anderson checks up on cats and dogs during annual exams, and, if necessary, performs surgical procedures. She also works alongside a whole team of talented individuals, including technicians, body workers, and behaviorists.
Together, this team creates a warm and friendly space for owners and their pets. A calming, amicable vibe surfaces in the earth toned walls and the paintings of pets speckled throughout the office. Much of the decor comes from reclaimed materials, highlighting the staff's commitment to eco-friendly business practices. They also keep electronic records so they don't have to use as much paper or shave each dog's medical record into its own fur.
