Did not seem organized. No instruction given. Free form painting and drawing session. I could have done this at home.

There wasn't much direction. Just told to paint and draw.

This wasn't really a class in the sense that there was little to no instruction. Basically they told us here is some paper, draw on it with pencil/crayon/marker/charcoal, then paint water color on it, then paint acrylic over it. Other than providing the supplies, that is close to the sum total of the class. It was more like open studio time which isn't very instructive to the beginner artist.

The instructor was helpful but unobtrusive...he let you experiment and do your own thing...it was a lot of fun.

Excellent class. I really enjoyed the freedom of making messes, no pressure to 'create a masterpiece.' The instructor was engaging and obviously passionate about making art enjoyable. I enjoyed the class so much I'm hoping to purchase the course within the next couple of months. Recommendation: There was some confusion among all class attendees of what exactly we were supposed to be doing with each project and many individuals were hesitant to approach the instructor. Although presenting the mediums and giving the students the chance to explore is wonderful, there were a lot of beginners in my class and a little more instruction, not on how to use the mediums, but what options we have would have been appreciated. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience! I hope I can participate again in the future!

It was not an actual class, more like just time in a studio. There was no instruction or even explanation of why we were doing what we were doing: we were just given supplies and told to draw/paint. It would have been good to have some explanation of the different media and why they should be used in the order/manner they were.
