Within their new 3,000-square-foot indoor facility, CrossFit trainers Eddie Maresca and Rob Zych design intense regimens that scale up or down to accommodate exercisers of all ages and body types. The coaching duo teams up with groups of up to 20 people, challenging them through a suite of functional everyday movements such as hoisting kettlebells, shouldering weighted sacks, and sprinting, all to build stamina and agility. Whether it's partnering up to swing enormous ropes or jogging with a medicine ball, routines rotate to keep everyone motivated and engaged.
