What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Focus on compound, functional movements (which are important in everyday activities), gymnastic movements and Olympic Lifting. All workouts can be scaled to any fitness level.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Variation. There are different strength and skill components each day, which lead to thousands of different types of workouts. Every day is different.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The way working out 5 days a week has made me feel personally. I went from barely making it to the gym once a month to working out almost every day and competing in CrossFit competitions in a matter of months. It has greatly benefitted my overall health, so I wanted to do the same for others too.

What do you love most about your job?
Helping people achieve their fitness goals while having fun in a welcoming community.
