What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Unlike the big box retailers that do custom framing, our staff takes the time to understand how to create a fantastic product. Also, our pricing is very competitive. Finally, our showroom is unique and a great place to find that special gift for yourself or that special someone.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Our business was originally set up to help nonprofit organizations raise money. However, the quality of our custom framing was so good that we would get a lot of request to do outside custom framing work. We decided to open up a retail store / showroom to help with both sides of our business.

What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing the reaction from our customers when they pick up their custom framed items. Seeing the reaction from our happy customers is what I love most about the job.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Our framers get a lot of hugs. That is always very touching.
