Maybe that's why vegans and vegetarians have been flocking here to get their chickpea fix for more than three decades now. But despite its name, Amer's Falafel serves up much more than that one signature dish, with cooks at both its brick-and-mortar store and sister food truck whipping up a variety of Middle Eastern favorites, including chicken shawarma, beef kebabs, and greek salads—all of which are certified glatt kosher.
