This gym was like a do-it-yourself bootcamp. They expect you to go through this whole process before you can even workout & want you to go from a $45 Groupon to $250 a mnth. They tell you to run a mile outside with no instructor out there to motivate/keep track of you. If I wanted to do that I could have went t o a park by myself. The workers have their kids constantly there running around (too small of a space for that) & their chubby girlfriends/instructors all of which throws off your concentration. If you are not in tip top physical condition why would I want you instructing me? I see why so many people have bought this Groupon but not joined their program. It is clearly ran by amateurs who claim to put you through this whole process to see if you're serious when in fact they do not know how to run a business. I went 3 times & never again because I could not believe the way it was run. Not to mention the power trip the owner is on. Getting mad because people new to the gym don't know what to do before a workout is ridiculous when you never explained it. I threw all of my food out & was really serious so I am highly disappointed & upset with this place. I never comment on anything but I am tired of businesses running janky operations and wasting my money. They will never go from a banner to a real business sign with the way they do things. However, enjoy your Groupon & find out for yourselves!
