I bought the groupon, attended orientation a week ago, and since then have been to 4 classes. Love this! The classes are challenging, AND they're unique and fun workouts.

Be prepared to work. If you put in the effort is definitely worth your time. You will be working with team mates, competing all in fun. Everyone there is so helpful with form, they push you, and make you want to be better. I highly recommend it : )

Being someone who has never participated in a boot camp it can be intimidating. However I was put at ease by the trainer. My results depend upon my effort and I appreciate knowing what the trainer expects. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Friendly staff, non-intimidating (but very motivating) atmosphere. I was impressed that the owner took the time to personally give me the orientation and explain their philosophy.

Tru Fit Bootcamp’s owner Ditanyon Demps helps clients build strength and shed pounds through a simple strategy—he confuses muscles. When muscles adapt to a certain exercise, they burn fewer calories while completing it, making rote routines less effective over time. Instead of boring the muscles and their owners with repetitive workouts, he draws on nine disciplines of exercise to construct a new routine for his classes each day. He sets students into motion power lifting, stretching, and performing Pilates, among other exercise modalities, all while fostering a positive atmosphere focused on camaraderie. On any given day, students might work in teams to carry one another across a field in gurneys, or individually hop through hoops and swing kettlebells until they finally start ringing.
