Bear Ventures was founded by law-enforcement officer Richard Deggs. Thus, it's no surprise that every class is led by a Texas police officer, who combines hands-on instruction with lectures and PowerPoint presentations. They take this approach during both concealed-carry classes and NRA handgun classes.
