Balance for Life is a non-membership-based exercise facility where exercisers can take advantage of a staff of seasoned personal trainers. During visits, clients attend Pilates classes in an effort to strengthen cores or consult with trainers in order to achieve their personal fitness goals. The massage studio offers a place for athletes to unwind as a team of trained therapists expertly removes knots from muscles like master sailors with surprisingly kempt hands. Massage treatments include several massage modalities, such as pregnancy and deep-tissue massage.
