All you have to do is show up. 9Round offers motivated and skilled trainers to guide you through every workout. We do not have class times, so you are never late! Every day offers new exercises to keep the variety in your workouts. Technique, strength training, cardio, and fun all in one!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
The exercises change everyday. You will learn the lingo (Ali Shuffle, Front Kick, Round Kick, etc.), but you will never do the same 30 minute workout twice. Our trainers are always there to motivate you.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Making time to workout can be hard, and we understand that. That is why 9Round is designed to be as efficient as possible in a small amount of time. We only need 30 minutes to brighten your day!

What do you love most about your job?
Getting to know our members and watching their progress. It can be someone's first push up on their toes, or the day when they've conquered the speed-bag. The people are the best.
