After earning her NFPT certification and conquering her own weight-loss goals, fitness aficionado Mercedes founded Rogue Motivation and Movement to offset mainstream and monotonous exercise regimens. Her boot-camp programs encourage clients to "Go Rogue!" and combat dreary routines with rock climbing, mud obstacle courses, and lifts that replace dumbbells with fidgety dachshunds. Fit Fusion classes combine cardio with a sampling of techniques from popular fitness schools including Zumba, Pilates, and kickboxing and private training and nutritional guidance help clients tackle overall wellness goals.
