We are dedicated to the growth and advancement of female athletes on any level. By providing excellent coaches in top facilities combined with effective drills, we are considered a leader in the areas of girl's lacrosse and field hockey. Teaching girls through sports..."I CAN and I WILL"!

What's one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans?
No matter if this is your first time playing or you've been playing for years, there is always something new to learn. Command of the basics is always the foundation for a great experience. Take advantage of being among incredible coaches who are excited to teach and develop your skills!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
17 years ago we could see there was a great need to grows girls sports in the area. With a combined background in high school and collegiate lacrosse / field hockey both playing and coaching, we were excited to bring our experience to the area. Our love of sports is the inspiration!

What do you love most about your job?
Over the years, we have witnessed many inspired moments...seeing girl's build confidence, skills, friendships and overall personal development is such a joy to share. We are most proud when graduates of our programs come back and want to give the same experience they were given!
