What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
A passion for sharing the Health Benefits which are endless, of Rebounding on a bellicon®. If your doctor is telling you, your Blood Pressure is high or you Cholesterol is getting up there too, regular sessions on a Bellicon will start to decrease your cholesterol and triglyceride levels and your Blood pressure can maintain normal levels to eventually reduce and avoid medication. And I want to share how Rebounding can decreases neck, back pain, and headaches; The list of health benefits from rebounding on a bellicon® is so long, we wouldn’t blame you at all for being skeptical. It really does seem too good to be true. How can such a simple – and fun! – activity revitalize so many bodily functions? The answer lies in our modern, sedentary lifestyles. Our bodies weren’t designed for rolling out of bed and into our car so we can sit behind a desk all day before driving home to start it all over again.
What do you love most about your job?
I am able to offer a natural approach to helping you with your health issues through Rebounding classes. Our Rebounding gym is friendly, inviting, non-intimidating and welcoming.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I’ve been participating in the Rebounding “Bellicon” classes 2 times a week since January. I would like to thank you for getting me off my butt and moving again. I used to be very active and would do the gym 2 to 3 times a week, but for the past 3 years that has stopped. I’m intimidated by the large gyms and faster pace, now that I am 50+. I’m thankful for being introduced to your Bellicon classes. My Cardio has improved, it used to be terrible; And my balance and coordination has gotten better and I love that its really helped my golf game too. The Bellicon is easy on the joints and I feel that I’m still working hard, as I’m usually sweating by the time I’m done. The exercise classes vary each time with some aerobics, yoga, Pilates, weights and an exercise ball and I feel I am getting an awesome and full body work out each class. By getting out to ‘bounce’ a couple of times a week, is the key to a healthy future.
