What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are women helping women and we all face the same issues and concerns! We want all women to stay STRONGER LONGER! Our program is designed to provide the mechanics, support, and knowledge necessary to attain that goal. It is our mission to help women excel and meet their wellness goals.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Your Curves Coach is always there to correct your form, compel you to excel, and celebrate your successes! We meet with you one on one monthly to set goals, measure your progress, and strategically plan for your success.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
At Curves Snellville, we are very passionate about women’s health. We want women to take care of themselves so they can live “Stronger Longer”. My mother-in-law is 95 and lives alone and unassisted. She is a perfect example of “Stronger Longer”. I want that for myself or others.

What do you love most about your job?
I love watching women get stronger. They stand a little taller and walk with a little more confidence. I especially love when their medications have to be reduced or discontinued as their overall wellbeing improves and/or their weight drops. It is such a joy watching them surprise themselves.
