Salt Method began as “Salt Pilates” – a beautifully crafted 10-station Pilates studio equipped with Basi Reformers, Wunda Chairs, Spring Walls, Bodhi Suspension Systems, Barres, and individual Salt Walls. Recently, Salt Pilates has expanded into Salt Method which now offers the additional wellness services of Halotherapy, Yoga, Massage, Rolfing, Facials, Foot Zoning, Private Events, & Community Acupuncture. The spa services of massage, rolfing, facials, & foot zoning are delivered in a private individual salt cave that delivers both halotherapy and infrared while the treatments are being received. Halotherapy, Yoga, & community Acupuncture are delivered in the large community salt cavern where the floor is covered in a bed of Himalayan salt. All of the salt caves are active salt rooms that are delivering Halotherapy at the time of service. Salt Method’s retail space sells beautiful gems, stones, crystal jewelry, Epicuren products, CBD products, Salt method clothing, & pressed juice. Those who visit Salt Method should prepare themselves for a thoroughly rejuvenating wellness experience.
