Tom Weiss was very rude. When I called him to make the appointment, he said I should deal directly with him, not go thru Groupon. We chose not to do that and use Groupon. When he found this out his entire mood changed, very non-professional. The windows are streaked both inside and out. All he used to clean the windows was a bottle of spray cleaner and towels. We have had our windows cleaned professionally every year for the past seven years. This is the worst they have ever been. Other professional cleaners have used cleaner mixed with water which did a spectacular job. When we saw this ad on Groupon, decided to give it a try to save money. Big big mistake! We certainly did not save any money in fact spent more as we will have to have them all redone. Certainly not by Mr. Tom Weiss, we will hire a true professional! Thank You for the opportunity to allow us to express our dissatisfaction. Your company should be more aware of the people you hire, we certainly will be from now on and think twice before we fall for any "special" deals fom Groupon.
