What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Neat Freaks Organizing has been creating organized lives since 1991. We believe being organized isn't just about putting things in boxes, it's about getting to know people, helping them move past their mental blocks, and make progress not just with their stuff, but with their lives.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Owner, Joanne, was organized from an early age and organized for friends and family for years before deciding in 1991 to try to make a living doing what she loved. She was one of the first professional organizers in the country to become a Certified Professional Organizer®.

What do you love most about your job?
We love meeting new people and seeing the light bulb moments as we progress though the organizing progress.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
The best reaction I've ever received are the hugs at the end of a long and productive organizing session.
